Help fight eye infections caused by bacteria with. This broad-spectrum antibiotic ointment helps combat a variety of eye infections, including pink eye, inflamed cornea, corneal ulcer and inflammation of the eyelids. These infections can cause pain, irritation, and irregular tear production, among other issues.
Hay pokes as well are very common; they can damage the cornea, and an eye ulcer can develop.
At the rescue we use this all the time. It is very effective for most eye issues in guinea pigs.
Highly recommended to keep a tube in your emergency kit.
