ADOPTING: Fill out the ADOPTION APPLICATION here. All adopters/potential adopters need to fill out the application, even if you have filled one out in the past.
BOARDING: Fill out the BOARDING FORM here. No need to make an appointment; fill out the form and we will confirm your booking via email within 48 hrs.
SURRENDERING: Fill out SURRENDER FORM first. Currently we have a wait list & surrender appointments are by invitation only.
HEALTH CHECKS: We understand that Health Checks book up fast. Please consider booking a Bubble Bath instead. We recommend that guinea pigs get bathed every three months, and baths come with a full health check!
Note: There is a deposit required for adoptions and baths. Deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time. Please make sure you keep your confirmation email, which has links to cancel or reschedule. (Check your junk folder if you don't see it!)
We recommend using the PayPal option to make your deposit (you do not need a PayPal account and can use any credit/debit card.) We have been having issues with Square. If your payment fails to go through, the software will automatically cancel your appointment, even if you get a confirmation email. If you are having trouble with your payment, please email or text and we will help you!
